2 cups wheat for kibeh
1 cup ground beef, fresh, clean, and fat-free
1 tablespoon tomato purée
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, small chopped
2 tablespoons cumin powder
pepper, to taste
milligrams salt, to taste
olive oil

Wash and place the wheat in a bowl with water for 10 minutes. Then drain well in a fine strainer until all the water is removed.
Mix the wheat with the meat in a bowl. Add the peppers and onion and season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
Pass the mixture through a grinder twice (it should have a firm dough).
