This classic of American cuisine is a must for your recipe collection. These juicy ribs are finger-licking good, and of course, you can't miss trying the BBQ sauce dip with homemade Hellmann's mayonnaise; it's a true delicacy.
Boil the dried chiles and blend with the least amount of water possible. Strain and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot; sauté the sauce for 3 minutes; let it cool.
Mix the chili puree with vinegar, orange juice, ketchup, sugar, and cumin. Set aside.
Season the ribs with Knorr® Juicy Rib and black pepper. In a skillet or grill, heat the remaining oil and brown the meat on all sides.
Place the ribs in a baking dish and coat the meat with the prepared BBQ sauce, cover with aluminum foil.
Continue cooking for 1 more hour, basting the ribs with more sauce every 10 minutes. Portion the ribs.
Mix the remaining BBQ sauce with Hellmann's® Homemade and serve.
