Ingredients: 6 guajillo chiles, without stems or seeds; 6 morita chiles, without stems or seeds; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 pork ribs, clean and without fat (3.3 lbs); 2 tablespoons Knorr® Juicy Rib, Rib Broth; 1 tablespoon ground black pepper; 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar; 1/2 cups orange juice; 1 cup ketchup; 1/2 cups raw sugar; 1/2 teaspoons cumin; 3/4 cups Hellmann’s® homestyle mayonnaise

Boil the dried chiles and blend with the least amount of water possible. Strain and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot; sauté the sauce for 3 minutes; let it cool. Mix the chili puree with vinegar, orange juice, ketchup, sugar, and cumin. Set aside.
