If you like spicy food, this dish is perfect for you; this time we will prepare roasted chicken in macha sauce! This sauce is typical of the city of Orizaba, Veracruz, and has been prepared since pre-Hispanic times. You will love it!

Clean the dried chilis by removing the stems and seeds with a knife or kitchen scissors; set aside the cleaned chilis.
In a skillet over medium-low heat, add the garlic, morita chili, árbol chili, and peanuts. Roast until they start to release their aroma, add a little olive oil, and continue cooking over low heat.
In a blender jar, add the ingredients from the skillet, the remaining olive oil, coarse salt, and honey, blend and set aside.
In a medium-low saucepan, add the butter, wait for it to melt, and incorporate the chicken pieces one by one, adding salt and pepper until they turn golden. Remove and set aside.
In a baking dish, arrange the chicken pieces and add macha sauce to taste.
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Decorate with lime and cilantro.
