Rolled Chicken with Serrano Ham and Goat Cheese

Delicious flattened chicken breasts filled with serrano ham, goat cheese, and arugula, then rolled up.

  • 4 chicken cutlets, boneless and skinless
  • 200 grams goat cheese
  • 120 grams arugula
  • 8 slices serrano ham
  • pepper, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking tray with aluminum foil, greasing it with vegetable spray.
  • Place a chicken breast on a clean surface, on the left vertical side place 2 slices of ham, goat cheese, and arugula. Carefully roll the breast and secure with 1 or 2 toothpicks. Repeat with the remaining breasts.
  • Season the breasts with salt and pepper and place them on the tray.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
