Rolls with Vegetables and Manchego Cheese in Tomato Sauce

These super healthy beef rolls, filled with crunchy vegetables and melted manchego cheese in a spicy tomato sauce with a touch of morita chili are an excellent option to treat your family. Make them; they're really good!

  • 1 dried morita chile
  • 1 liter Del Fuerte® natural tomato purée

  • 12 beef cutlets

Low
  • Heat a pot over low heat, add oil, and sauté the onion until slightly golden, add the morita chili, Del Fuerte® Natural Tomato Puree, a sprig of cilantro, and chicken broth. Blend the ingredients well and return them to the pot to season.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the vegetables until cooked but crunchy. Season and set aside.
  • Lay out the fillets, fill with the vegetables, strips of manchego cheese, season, and roll up. Cook the rolls in the skillet.
  • Cut the rolls in half and serve them with sauce on the side and a little drizzled on top.
