1/2 onions
4 cloves garlic
3 leaves bay
3 tomatoes, cut into small cubes and without seeds
1/2 red onions, finely chopped
6 radishes, cut into small cubes
3 serrano chiles, finely chopped, without seeds
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1/4 romaine lettuces, cut into strips
1/4 cups lime juice
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 pinch salt
tostadas, to accompany
avocado, to accompany
1 pinch oregano

Heat a pressure cooker with water over medium heat, cook the beef, onion, garlic, and bay leaves for about 1 hour. Cool.
Using two forks, shred the meat.
In a bowl, add the meat, tomato, red onion, radishes, serrano chili, cilantro, and leaf lettuce.
Season with lemon juice, white vinegar, oregano, and salt to taste. Serve on toasts and accompany with avocado and oregano.
