Hot Dog with Nachos

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 sausages
  • 4 pieces of bread, for hot dog
  • 1/2 bags tortilla chips, for nacho (500 g)
  • 1/2 cups American cheese, for nachos
  • 3/4 cups black beans, whole cooked
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 3 serrano chiles, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 limes, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper, for the sauce

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages until golden brown.
  • Place the sausages on the buns. Top with the tortilla chips, cheese, and beans.
