150 grams sausages, fresh, they taste better with paprika

Soak the lentils the night before. The next day, drain them and place them in a pot with the onion, chopped parsley, bay leaf, garlic, salt, and a splash of raw oil.
Add water and bring to a boil, adding the sausages halfway through cooking. If the sausages are red, paprika is not necessary.
After the cooking time for the lentils, add a little grated bread, letting them cook for about 20 minutes but on very low heat. Let them rest.
When serving, remove the bay leaf, onion, and garlic that were added whole earlier.
Serve with the sausages chopped.
