Mexican Sausages Recipe

Mexican sausages are prepared with onion, tomato, and green chili. Additionally, they cook easily, as the vegetables are chopped, everything is sautéed with the sausages, and seasoned with your favorite sauces; they are perfect for tacos or to get out of any jam!

  • 1/2 onions
  • 4 tomatoes, without seeds
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • vegetable oil
  • 3 cups smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • cilantro, chopped, for garnish
  • corn tortillas, to accompany

  • Chop the onion, the tomato (remove seeds), and the serrano chili finely. Set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, pour in vegetable oil, and add the onion; sauté for 3 minutes, then add the tomato, the chilies, and season with a little salt.
  • Add the sausages, the seasoning sauce, the Worcestershire sauce, and the lime juice.
  • Garnish the Mexican sausages with chopped cilantro and serve with tortillas.
