On a flat surface, make a volcano with the flour, and in the middle, create a hole to add the sugar, salt, yeast, and butter.
Gradually add the water, integrating everything until you have a homogeneous dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
Let it rest in a warm place and cover with a napkin for one hour.
For the sauce: blend the tomatoes with half an onion and the 2 garlic cloves with 1/2 cup of water, and chop the remaining onion into small cubes.
Also chop the basil, and sauté the chopped onion in a pan until it becomes transparent, then pour the blended mixture into the pan. Season with thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
Let it simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
Slice the chorizo and sausage into rounds. Grate the cheese and set aside.
With the help of a rolling pin or your fingertips, spread the dough in the pizza mold, placing the cheese sticks at the edges and folding the pizza crust over them. Then pour the tomato sauce, cheese, sausage, and finally the chorizo on top.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
