Smoked Chops in Cream

Delicious smoked chops baked with cream and layered cooked potatoes in a baking dish.

  • 1 kilo pork chops, smoked
  • 3 potatoes
  • liters sour cream
  • 1 little box chicken bouillon cube, knorr
  • cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion
  • 2 squares garlic and onion, Maggi
  • 300 grams cheese
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Slice the potatoes and precook them in boiling salted water.
  • Sear the chops in a pan with a little oil.
  • Blend the cream with the chicken cube and a splash of chicken broth.
  • Pour the cream over the chops, and they are ready for the oven.
  • In a baking dish, arrange a layer of potatoes and sautéed onions, then a layer of chops, seasoning with diced garlic and onion. Sprinkle with cheese and continue layering until the dish is full.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are well cooked.
  • Serve and accompany with spaghetti.
