Smoked Turkey Breast with Cheese and Grape Sauce

The combination of the smoky flavor of the turkey breast with the sweetness of the sauce based on Campbell's® Cream Cheese with a touch of green grapes will provide the perfect flavor to accompany the dish.

  • 1 turkey breast, boneless (approximately 700 g)
  • 1 clove garlic, to marinate turkey
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1/2 white onions, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 cups green grapes, cut in half, for the sauce and for garnish
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, in small cubes, for the sauce
  • 1 can Campbell´S® condensed cheese soup, 420 g, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups water, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk, for the sauce
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Tie the smoked turkey breast and set aside.
  • Mix the garlic, ground cumin, and black pepper. In a bowl, marinate the smoked turkey breast for 15 minutes and set aside.
  • Heat a deep skillet and add the oil, fry the breast until it turns golden. Transfer the breast with the marinade juice to a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, remove and set aside.
  • For the sauce, in the same skillet add the onion and garlic and cook until they have a brighter and more transparent color. Add the green grapes and continue sautéing, add the cream cheese and wait for it to melt a little, mix well.
  • Add the contents of the can of Campbell's® Cream Cheese and mix with the previous preparation. Add half a cup of water and half a cup of evaporated milk, let it cook for 10 minutes and adjust the seasoning.
  • Serve the breast with the sauce and garnish with grapes.
