  • In a bowl, mix the flour with the cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Thoroughly incorporate the ingredients until you have an even mixture. Add the hot sauce, cereal, egg, and water, mixing with a whisk; the result should be a semi-thick mixture. Place the chicken legs in it. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan with enough hot oil over medium-low heat, fry the chicken until golden brown. Remember, it's important to keep the temperature low to ensure that the chicken is well cooked inside and that there is enough oil, it should take about 18 minutes in the oil. Drain on paper towels.
  • Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the buffalo sauce and hot wing sauce until well combined. Set aside until use.
  • Serve the chicken pieces in a bowl and drizzle with the reserved sauce. Accompany with French fries.
