100 grams chorizo
1 can soup, Mexican Lentil Soup Campbell's ®
1 cup water
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 potato, peeled and diced
1 cup spinach, in slices
1 sprig fresh cilantro, for garnish
1 cup water

In a small pot over medium heat, cook the chorizo for 5 minutes or until cooked. Remove excess fat.
Add Campbell’s® Mexican Lentil Soup with water and heat until it comes to a boil.
Add the vegetables and cook over low heat, cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are cooked.
Serve the soup and garnish with fresh cilantro.
