Spicy Lentil Soup with Chorizo and Vegetables

For lentil lovers, this lentil soup is delicious. The broth, in addition to being tasty, has a spicy touch and is accompanied by potatoes and spinach and tasty pieces of chorizo, making this soup a delicacy.

  • 100 grams chorizo
  • 1 can soup, Mexican Lentil Soup Campbell's ®
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup spinach, in slices
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • 1 cup water

  • In a small pot over medium heat, cook the chorizo for 5 minutes or until cooked. Remove excess fat.
  • Add Campbell’s® Mexican Lentil Soup with water and heat until it comes to a boil.
  • Add the vegetables and cook over low heat, cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are cooked.
  • Serve the soup and garnish with fresh cilantro.
