  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, LALA
  • 4 chickens, flattened
  • 400 grams panela cheese, LALA
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon pimentón, or paprika

  • Heat a skillet with oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they become translucent, add the spinach, LALA Light Cream, and LALA Cream Cheese and mix it with a spatula over very low heat, when it starts to boil remove it from the heat and adjust the flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Now sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place the spinach mixture on one edge, divide the LALA Light Panela Cheese into 4 portions and serve it on each of the chicken breasts, now roll them up and seal them as if making an envelope, wrap them with the turkey bacon strips using a toothpick.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and bake them in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 °C until the chicken is perfectly cooked.
