Cut the mango and avocado into cubes, place them in a bowl, and add the juice of one lemon, mint, cilantro, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix everything.
Grill or bake the chicken breasts for 15 minutes. Once they are well cooked, add the avocado mango sauce on top.
