Sriracha Chicken with Mango and Avocado

  • Marinade sauce: mix the sriracha sauce, honey, one of the lemons, and garlic salt in a bowl, place the chicken breasts to marinate and set aside.
  • Cut the mango and avocado into cubes, place them in a bowl, and add the juice of one lemon, mint, cilantro, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix everything.
  • Grill or bake the chicken breasts for 15 minutes. Once they are well cooked, add the avocado mango sauce on top.
