Steak in Mushroom and Chipotle Sauce

A good recipe to prepare the steak, it can be spicy to taste!

  • 2 kilos fish steak, clean
  • 1 kilo tomato
  • 4 chipotle chiles
  • 2 cups chicken bullion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 kilos button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pepper

  • Melt the butter and sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms until the liquid evaporates. Add the tomatoes, peeled and seeded, and chopped in the food processor along with the chipotle peppers. If they are too spicy, adjust to taste, let it season and c
  • Tie the steak with kitchen twine or sear it with hot oil. Place it in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 20 minutes (more or less). Remove the string, slice it, and drizzle with the hot sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with French fries.
