Steak with Potatoes and Nopales in Green Sauce

2 cups tomatillo, For the sauce
1/4 onions, For the sauce
4 serrano chiles, For the sauce
1 clove garlic, For the sauce
1 sprig fresh cilantro, For the sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 onions, sliced
4 beefsteaks
2 cups nopal, cooked
2 potatoes, cut into medium cubes and precooked
salt
corn tortillas, to accompany

Heat the water, add the tomatoes, onion, serrano chili and cook for 5 min.
Blend the tomatoes, onion, chili, garlic, and cilantro.
Heat the oil, add the onion and fry until transparent, add the meat and cook for 5 minutes until cooked.
Add the nopales, potatoes, pour the sauce and season with salt. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve accompanied by tortillas and white rice.
