2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package Eva® butterhead lettuce
100 grams goat cheese
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
4 tablespoons basil

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Butterfly the chicken breasts with the help of a knife. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and sear in a pan over high heat with oil. Drain.
Fill each breast with French Lettuce Eva®, goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil leaves.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the breasts are cooked. Serve immediately.
