2 pork shoulder steaks

4 slices deli ham
4 slices Manchego cheese
3 eggs

2 cups breadcrumbs
2 cups vegetable oil
French fries, for presentation

Season the pork steaks with salt and pepper.
Place the slices of ham on top of the pork steak, add the manchego cheese, the slice of ham, and close with the help of toothpicks.
Beat the egg with salt and pepper.
Dip the milanesa in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the milanesa, removing excess grease with paper towels.
Serve with French fries.
