This stuffed pork loin recipe is a delight that you cannot miss cooking at home. It is a dish that, although it sounds complicated, is very easy to prepare and everyone will surely enjoy it.
Open the tenderloin, first add a layer of bacon, then turkey breast, bell pepper, and finally the eggs.
Roll the tenderloin (first place some toothpicks to keep the meat from opening) and then secure with hemp string, once finished, remove the toothpicks.
In a large skillet or pot, add a little olive oil and heat it up, when hot, introduce the meat.
Add salt, parsley, garlic, and a little oregano, turn it over and season. Let it fry for a few minutes and add white wine, tomato sauce, orange juice, cook over medium heat, after an hour, add the can of peas with carrots and a little saffron. Keep turning the meat so it cooks evenly. After about 1:30 hours, turn it off and let it cool (it cannot be cut while hot, as the juices will run out and the meat will dry out).
Once at room temperature, slice the meat. Heat with the sauce and serve with French fries.
