Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin; 10 slices bacon; 8 slices turkey breast; 1 can bell pepper; 4 eggs, cooked; 1 cup tomato sauce; 1 can peas, and carrot; 1/2 cups white wine; 1/2 cups orange juice; salt; garlic; oregano; parsley; 1 pinch saffron; olive oil; potato chips, for accompaniment

Open the tenderloin, first add a layer of bacon, then turkey breast, bell pepper, and finally the eggs. Roll the tenderloin (first place some toothpicks to keep the meat from opening) and then secure with hemp string, once finished, remove the toothpicks.
