Stuffed Zucchini with Turkey Ham and Manchego Cheese

Incredible stuffed zucchini with creamy filling of zucchini flowers, spinach, and the delicious flavor of FUD® Virginia Style Turkey Ham that complements the taste very well. Gratinated with FUD® Grated Manchego Cheese, ideal for a flavorful option this Lent.

  • 6 pumpkins, zucchini
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini blossoms, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Fud® virginia turkey ham, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, diced
  • 200 grams Fud® grated manchego cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • On a cutting board, place the zucchini and cut off the top; use a small spoon to hollow it out without breaking it. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the onion, garlic, zucchini flowers, spinach, FUD® Virginia Style Turkey Ham, cream cheese, and season with salt to your liking; mix very well.
  • Place the zucchinis on a baking tray and fill them with the previous mixture. Add FUD® Grated Manchego Cheese and fill a little more.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the zucchini is perfectly cooked and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.
