Preheat the oven to 180° C. On a cutting board, place the zucchini and cut off the top; use a small spoon to hollow it out without breaking it. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the onion, garlic, zucchini flowers, spinach, FUD® Virginia Style Turkey Ham, cream cheese, and season with salt to your liking; mix very well. Place the zucchinis on a baking tray and fill them with the previous mixture. Add FUD® Grated Manchego Cheese and fill a little more. Bake for 15 minutes or until the zucchini is perfectly cooked and the cheese is melted and golden. Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.
