  • 6 strips rump steak, thin without flattening
  • 2 ancho chiles
  • 1 tomato, small
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece onion
  • 6 chunks asadero cheese
  • 6 tortillas
  • 1 onion
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt, to taste
  • limes, to taste

  • Toast, devein, and soak the chiles; blend them with the tomato, garlic, the piece of onion, and salt. Fry and season.
  • Add lemon and salt to the meat; grill it, preferably over charcoal.
  • Grill the cheese just enough, making sure it doesn't burn.
  • Place a strip of meat, a piece of grilled cheese, one or two tortillas dipped in sauce and folded, half a lemon, guacamole, and slices of onion on each plate. (Serve with hot tortillas and beans)
