Delicious Teotihuacán-style burritos come with beans; the tortilla is made of corn, but you can use flour or nopal tortillas, they will be delicious.

1/2 teaspoons ground oregano
pepper
1/2 tablespoons chile powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cups onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 pieces red bell pepper, in slices
1 Poblano chile, deveined and skinless
1 cup chicken breast, shredded
8 flour tortillas
1/3 cups refried beans
1 tablespoon butter

Add the spices in a bowl and set aside.
Chop the poblano pepper into strips and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, garlic, and onion. Incorporate the bell peppers and the poblano pepper.
Incorporate the shredded chicken and the spice mixture, cook for 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas and spread a layer of refried beans, add the chicken and fold into a burrito shape.
Heat a grill pan and add the butter, place the burritos until marked.
