Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki chicken is a very tasty chicken and super easy to make.

  • 6 chicken thighs, or thighs
  • 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • salt , to taste
  • water, as needed

  • In a pot, boil the chicken in water (2 liters) for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and mix well. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Mushrooms are added and mixed again. Let it cook with the lid for another 10 minutes.
  • Taste the liquid that resulted from the water with the teriyaki sauce, because it is very concentrated; if necessary, add more water, the chicken should be like in broth.
