In a pot, boil the chicken in water (2 liters) for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and mix well. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Mushrooms are added and mixed again. Let it cook with the lid for another 10 minutes.
Taste the liquid that resulted from the water with the teriyaki sauce, because it is very concentrated; if necessary, add more water, the chicken should be like in broth.
