Teriyaki-Style Meat

  • 1/2 kilos beef, in fajitas
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt and pepper

  • In a wok, add the soy sauce, honey, lemon, and meat. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, turn on the wok over medium heat, stirring occasionally, allowing the sauce to reduce to just under half.
  • Serve a generous bed of rice, then place the meat on top along with some of the cooking juice.
