1/2 kilos beef, in fajitas
1/2 cups soy sauce
1 lime
2 cups sushi rice, cooked
2 tablespoons honey
salt and pepper

In a wok, add the soy sauce, honey, lemon, and meat. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, turn on the wok over medium heat, stirring occasionally, allowing the sauce to reduce to just under half.
Serve a generous bed of rice, then place the meat on top along with some of the cooking juice.
