Prepare this delicious Thai-style chicken burrito accompanied by a peanut dressing that adds an irresistible touch. The chicken is seasoned with an exact blend of spices that not only gives it the best flavor but also makes it incredibly juicy.
1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut in halves (150 g each half)
2 leaves Maggi® So Tender® Thai chicken
4 flour tortillas, for burritos
8 leaves lettuce
1 cup red cabbage, in strips
1/2 cups carrot, in strips
4 teaspoons black sesame seeds

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over low heat for one minute. Meanwhile, place the chicken breast between a sheet of MAGGI® Jugoso al Sartén® Thai flavor. Press lightly to adhere the herbs to the chicken breast.
Cook the chicken over low heat and covered, for about 8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and on a cutting board, slice into thin strips.
Gently heat the flour tortillas on a griddle.
Assemble the burritos by placing lettuce, cabbage, and carrot on the tortillas. Place pieces of Thai-flavored chicken in the center, a bit of peanut dressing, and sesame seeds. Roll into a burrito shape and cut in half.
Serve immediately and accompany with more dressing.
