Tripa Tacos

This tripa taco recipe is very delicious and you will love it.

  • 3 beef chitterlings, of milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/4 onions
  • 1/4 cabbages
  • 100 grams fresh cilantro
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • 1 kilo corn tortillas, taqueras

  • The tripa is washed very well.
  • Then, cook the tripa with a clove of garlic, a quarter of an onion, and salt.
  • Once boiled, let it cool, chop it into small squares, and fry it with a little diced onion while heating the tortillas.
  • Set aside and chop the cabbage into small squares, as well as the remaining cilantro and onion.
  • The cabbage is mixed with the cilantro. This is for serving the tacos.
