Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the thyme and rosemary and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
Season your turkey breasts with coarse salt and pepper. Using your fingers, coat them with the butter mixture.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place your turkey breasts in a roasting dish and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the turkey meat reads 90 degrees Celsius.
Remove from the oven and slice thickly.
