Turkey shawarma is a recipe inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine.

  • 250 grams turkey
  • 1/2 onions, slices
  • 30 milliliters water
  • 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 milliliters apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • For the marinade: in a container, put the onion, finely chopped garlic, lemon, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, cumin, cilantro, nutmeg, paprika, pepper, ginger, ground cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and mix.
  • Add the turkey meat and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In a pot or wok, add the green onion and the meat, cook until tender, if necessary, you can add water.
