This bread-based stuffing recipe is the traditional one for Thanksgiving turkey. It is the perfect side dish for turkey and is also very delicious and easy to prepare.

180 grams butter
450 grams white bread, in cubes
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped into cubes
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
4 sage, only the finely chopped leaves
3 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
2 tablespoons thyme, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Great Value® plain salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 cups chicken broth

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the bread cubes on a baking tray and bake until dry, stirring occasionally. About 30 minutes. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter and add the onion and celery. Cook until translucent.
Combine the sautéed onion and celery with the bread cubes in a large bowl and mix.
Add all the spices and 1 1/4 cups of chicken broth. Mix very well and pour into a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining chicken broth and the eggs, whisk together to incorporate and pour into the baking dish. Mix.
Add pieces of the remaining butter on top of the preparation and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 40 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 5 more minutes to color. Serve immediately. Buy HERE
