PLACE THE TURKEY IN THE BAG.
MELT THE BUTTER AND RUB IT ON THE TURKEY ALL AROUND.
SPREAD THE APRICOT JAM ALL OVER THE TURKEY.
CLOSE THE BAG AND PLACE IT IN THE ROASTING PAN AND IN THE OVEN FOR 2 HOURS AT HIGH TEMPERATURE.
SERVE IT WITH BLUEBERRY JAM OR APPLE PUREE.
