Butter and Apricot Turkey

  • 2 grams apricot jam
  • 2 grams cranberry jam
  • 2 grams apple purée

  • PLACE THE TURKEY IN THE BAG.
  • MELT THE BUTTER AND RUB IT ON THE TURKEY ALL AROUND.
  • SPREAD THE APRICOT JAM ALL OVER THE TURKEY.
  • CLOSE THE BAG AND PLACE IT IN THE ROASTING PAN AND IN THE OVEN FOR 2 HOURS AT HIGH TEMPERATURE.
  • SERVE IT WITH BLUEBERRY JAM OR APPLE PUREE.
