This recipe is a family recipe that has always helped us out in any dinner rush. It consists of doraditas made with Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, filled with turkey breast and dressed with pico de gallo and exquisite cheddar cheese sauce. Nothing else is needed for a delicious dinner.
1/4 bunches fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, dried, and finely chopped. Reserve some leaves for your doradita.
2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
3 pinches salt, 1 pinch to season your pico de gallo and the rest to season your turkey.
2 pinches ground pepper, 1 pinch to season your pico de gallo and the rest to season your turkey.
20 milliliters vegetable oil

Season the turkey and fry with the oil until cooked and well browned.
Mix tomato, onion, chili, cilantro, lime, and season.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on a Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, then add the turkey breast, top with another Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and brown on low heat in a dry skillet, making sure to flip regularly.
When the cheese has melted and your Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® are golden brown, add your pico de gallo sauce to taste and cut into 4.
