  • 1 bunch aromatic herbs

  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion

  • Wash the turkey very well.
  • All the ingredients (cider, aromatic herbs, garlic, and chicken broth) are blended with the cider.
  • Chop the turkey a bit, place it in the turkey roasting bag, and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator with the cider mixture.
  • In the morning, bake for about three hours or until tender.
