Wash the turkey very well.
All the ingredients (cider, aromatic herbs, garlic, and chicken broth) are blended with the cider.
Chop the turkey a bit, place it in the turkey roasting bag, and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator with the cider mixture.
In the morning, bake for about three hours or until tender.
Take it out of the bag after two hours to let it brown a little, then serve for dinner, delicious.
