  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 turkey breast, whole, 2 kg
  • 1/2 cups honey, for brushing the turkey
  • orange wheel, for decoration
  • fresh rosemary, for decoration

  • Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat and add the honey, white wine, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat, and let cool.
  • Place the turkey breast in a baking dish, use a syringe to inject the breast in four different spots, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Repeat the same process 3 more times.
  • Brush the turkey breast with honey, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180 °C for one hour. Remove the foil, brush with honey, and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Slice the turkey breast.
  • Serve the honey turkey on a platter and decorate with orange slices and fresh rosemary.
