Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat and add the honey, white wine, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat, and let cool. Place the turkey breast in a baking dish, use a syringe to inject the breast in four different spots, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Repeat the same process 3 more times.
