Turkey Steak with Cream Cheese

For a quick and easy meal, try these turkey fillets with a cream cheese sauce that you will love.

  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 75 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 turkeys, in 150-gram fillets each
  • 10 sprigs chives, finely chopped

  • In a bowl, mix the cream, cheese, and add a little pepper to taste.
  • Heat the pan with oil, add the turkey fillets, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets. They should not be pink inside.
  • Once the fillets are ready, serve them on a plate. Pour the cream and cheese mixture into the pan you emptied and heat until it has a spreadable consistency.
  • Serve the meat with the sauce and garnish with the chopped green onion.
