  • 3 tablespoons Inés® Extra Virgin Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups celery, in small cubes
  • 400 grams ground pork
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 cups apple, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups dried cranberries
  • salt

  • 1 cup orange juice, for injecting the turkey
  • 2 cups white wine, for injecting the turkey
  • 1 smoked turkey, 2 to 3 kg
  • 4 eggs, for the bread mixture
  • 2 cups chicken broth, for the bread mixture
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the bread mixture
  • 1/4 cups rosemary, finely chopped, for the bread mixture
  • 5 cups bread, in cubes, for the bread mixture
  • salt, for the bread mixture
  • pepper, for the bread mixture
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups rosemary, for decoration

  • Pour Inés® Extra Virgin Sesame Oil into a pan, fry the bacon, onion, garlic, and celery. Cook the ingredients for 2 minutes and add the meat. Once they release their juices, add the apple, walnut, and cranberries, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Mix orange juice with white wine in a pitcher. Set aside.
  • Place the turkey in a deep tray and inject it with the previous preparation. Afterwards, baste the turkey with the leftover juice and bake at 180 °C for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Mix the egg, chicken broth, heavy cream, rosemary, and bread in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and bake with the meat mixture at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
  • Layer the meat preparation with the bread in a baking dish and place turkey slices on top.
  • Decorate the white wine turkey casserole with cranberries and rosemary.
