Pour Inés® Extra Virgin Sesame Oil into a pan, fry the bacon, onion, garlic, and celery. Cook the ingredients for 2 minutes and add the meat. Once they release their juices, add the apple, walnut, and cranberries, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Mix orange juice with white wine in a pitcher. Set aside.
