Tuscan Chicken

  • 500 grams chicken breast, in strips
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cups dehydrated tomato
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil, just the leaves, for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese, sliced, for garnish
  • pasta, to accompany

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the cream and chicken broth, mixing to prevent the cream from curdling. Add garlic powder and cheese, and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Once your sauce is thick, you can add the chicken, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for an additional 10 minutes to finish cooking the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Serve in a baking dish and garnish with basil leaves and Parmesan cheese. Pair with pasta.
