The Wiener Schnitzel or Beef Milanese is a recipe that everyone loves, especially children. It consists of breaded and fried slices of beef in butter. It is served with lemon and French fries.

1/2 kilos veal, cut into four slices
3 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cups butter
1 cup breadcrumbs
salt, to taste
1 lime

Flatten the beef slices with a meat mallet or a heavy skillet (you can place the meat between parchment paper to make it easier).
Dredge the slices of beef in flour, then dip them in egg, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and fry the beef slices until golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges and French fries.
