  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar, for the sauce
  • 15 milliliters lime juice, for the sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Clean the chicken wings and in a bowl, mix with the egg.
  • Add the cornstarch, wheat flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, and mix.
  • In a baking dish, arrange the chicken wings one by one and place in the oven for 30 minutes or until they form a golden and crispy crust.
  • In a blender, add butter, dried árbol chili, tamarind concentrate, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, and blend.
  • In a baking dish, place the wings after the first cooking, add the tamarind sauce, and return to the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  • To finish, on a serving plate, arrange the chicken wings with a bit of ground árbol chili.
