  • 3 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • 1/3 cups dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 baguette, in half
  • cranberry sauce

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and goat cheese with a spatula until you get a soft paste. Add the cranberries, walnuts, parsley, ground cinnamon, and honey.
  • Mix until well combined and place in a pastry bag. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Remove the edges of the baguette, take out the crumb, and fill it with the cheese and cranberry mixture.
  • Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  • Slice, arrange on a board, and drizzle with cranberry sauce.
