  • 1 deli ham
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce for Seasoning EMBASA®
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick, roasted
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted
  • 2 cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh rosemary, for decoration
  • orange, slice, for decoration
  • dried cranberries, for decoration

  • Make horizontal and diagonal cuts on the ham. Set aside.
  • In a pot, mix the EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing, brown sugar, butter, orange juice, cinnamon, garlic, and clove. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until it reduces and you obtain a thick sauce.
  • Wait for the sauce to cool, season with salt and pepper, and blend for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Place the ham on a tray, pour the sauce over it, and bake at 180 °C for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden. Don't forget to baste the Christmas ham constantly so it doesn't dry out.
  • Serve the ham on a platter and decorate with orange, rosemary, and cranberries.
