  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile, ground
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Pork belly Proan®
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cups candied fruits

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the honey, white wine, chipotle chili, garlic salt, and pepper. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
  • Brush the Proan® Pork Belly with the previous preparation and reserve some of the sauce to coat the meat.
  • Place the pork belly on a tray and add the dried fruits, candied fruit, and rosemary. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
  • Serve the meat on a platter and decorate with dried fruits.
