In a bowl, mix the flour, ground cinnamon, REXAL®, and salt until combined. Set aside.
Mix the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in the bowl of a stand mixer. Combine with the paddle attachment, gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until a dough forms. Let rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the D’Gari® chocolate pudding and milk for 2 minutes and let rest for 5 minutes. Place in a piping bag.
Form balls and fry in a pot with enough oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from oil, let cool slightly, and fill with the D’Gari® chocolate pudding using a piping bag.
Decorate the donuts with milk chocolate, draw the eyes and nose with dark chocolate, add a dot of red chocolate, and use pretzels for the horns. Let dry for 10 minutes.
