  • 2 oranges, in slices
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries, dried

  • 1 1/2 cups double cream cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated, for the dressing

  • In a medium skillet, cook the FUD® pork bacon until golden. Remove and let cool.
  • Mix the lettuce with spinach, orange, cranberries, walnuts, red onion, cheese, and bacon.
